Service Agreement

By engaging Morrissette Blinds for window treatment services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of our professional relationship and service delivery.

Service Scheduling and Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to work areas during scheduled service times. If access is denied or restricted, additional service fees may apply for rescheduling.

  • 24-hour notice required for appointment changes
  • Clear access to all windows and work areas must be provided
  • Parking availability near service location expected

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made in advance:

  • Payment due immediately following service completion
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
  • Commercial accounts may qualify for net 30-day terms
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days

Service Quality and Satisfaction

We stand behind our work and will address any service-related concerns promptly. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of service completion for warranty consideration.

Liability and Property Protection

While we take every precaution to protect your property, clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items in work areas. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery.
