Installation Services
For installation services, we offer the following protections:
- Free adjustment service within 30 days if blinds do not operate properly
- Correction of installation defects at no additional charge
- Refund consideration for services that cannot be corrected to satisfaction
- Custom orders are non-refundable but covered by our quality assurance
Cleaning Services
Our cleaning service policy includes:
- Re-cleaning at no charge if initial results are unsatisfactory
- Full refund if cleaning cannot achieve acceptable results
- Damage protection during the cleaning process
Repair Services
For repair work, we provide:
- Service warranty covering the specific repair for 90 days
- Additional repair attempts at no charge if the initial repair fails
- Honest assessment when repairs are not cost-effective
Refund Process
To request a refund or report service concerns:
- Contact us within 30 days of service completion
- Provide specific details about the service concern
- Allow opportunity for service correction when possible
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days when approved
